Softball: Player Pitch Minors and Majors Girls
Softball: Player Pitch Minors and MajorsPlayers who are league age 8 that have participated for one regular season in the Coach Pitch Minors (Farm) Division are eligible to be selected to a Player Pitch Minors team. Players who are league age 10 that have participated for one regular season in the Player Pitch Minors Division are eligible to be selected to a Player Pitch Majors team.
Age Range
Minors Softball: School grades 3 & 4 (typical); League Ages 8-11
Majors Softball: School grades 5 & 6 (typical); League Ages 10-12
There are many factors that determine whether a player will be placed on a Minors or Majors team roster: Player participation from each town that wants to field a team; League Age; Experience; Skill; Coach availability, and other considerations. The final decision for placement will be made by the CVTLL Board of Directors.
